One On One Coaching

Meet for a 60 minute comprehensive session dedicated to self assessment and holistic wellness. Explore areas of concern and engage in compassionate inquiry, connection and communication. This session is geared toward a self discovery process while laying the foundation for future streamlined sessions. Email support with resources will be available as needed.

3-6 MONTH PARTNERSHIP

Commit to 3-6 months of coaching. In the first month, we will meet weekly (4 sessions). The first session will be 75 minutes and subsequent meetings will be 50 – 60 minutes. In months two and three (or months two to six) we will meet once every two weeks (2 sessions per month). There will be a total of 8 (3 months) or 14 sessions (6 months).  All sessions will take place via zoom. Email support with resources will be available as needed.

MICRO SESSIONS 

Meet for a one time 45 – minute micro session. Come to coaching with a focus in mind and prepare to leave with action steps setting you up for success. These single sessions are not part of a package. Micro Sessions will take place via zoom. Email support with resources will be available as needed.

GROUP SESSIONS
&
WORKSHOPS

Group Sessions and Workshops use interactive group dynamics to cultivate conversation, encourage participation and promote safe spaces for connection. Through group coaching and workshops participants feel more confident, included and  part of community in their healing process. 

MINDFULNESS
&
GUIDED MEDITATION

Experience the power of guided meditation. In this method of meditation a guide or teacher leads you through mental images of places or situations you find relaxing. You try to use as many senses as possible, such as smells, sights, sounds and textures. Our holistic approach to healing focuses on helping you harness your intentions allowing you for achieving mindfulness, presence and balanced energy.

REIKI
&
ENERGY HEALING

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by harnessing energy with your hands to unblock areas of energy stagnation in the body. 

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

MIND OVER MEDIA
(MINDFUL MEDIA CONSUMPTION)

Media Consumption is embedded into our daily lives. Children have a hard time navigating the impact different forms of media have on their young minds. By exploring different trends in music and entertainment that resonate with the group, I engage with students about how they feel when consuming media.  How they relate to certain songs, movies, social media interactions?

 

Alternatively, they  can explore what made them unengaged. They can find tap into themes, that perhaps were un-relatable or discouraging. Opening communication around media can help shed light on how media consumption affects student’s well-being. We also discuss how to consume media in a healthy positive way.

PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID

 

Psychological First Aid (PFA) was developed by the National Child Traumatic Stress Network and the National Center for PTSD, with contributions from individuals involved in disaster research and response.

PFA is designed to reduce the initial distress caused by traumatic events and to foster short- and long-term adaptive functioning and coping. PFA is based on an understanding that disaster survivors and others affected by such events will experience a broad range of early reactions (e.g., physical, psychological, behavioral, spiritual). Some of these reactions will cause enough distress to interfere with adaptive coping, and recovery may be helped by support from compassionate and caring disaster responders.

OPEN MIC WORKSHOPS

ART THERAPY 

​Teenagers are encouraged to express themselves through art, spoken word and poetry. These platforms allow students  to be creative and free in exploring their feelings, challenges, opinions, views and passions. Students are able to connect with other students in an easy going and liberating environment. 

​

This workshop promotes  confidence and provides students with the tools feel successful speaking in large groups.
