I provide guidance for Youth and Families and help them bring mindfulness in all areas of their lives. Mindful Media Consumption is a main focus, however our sessions branch into coaching through Peer Relationships, Movement & Rest, Food/Nutrition, Body Image and Stress Management.

Our journey together will be dedicated to identifying areas of growth and development.
My ultimate goal is to enable you to become an engaged, confident and proactive participant on your journey to creating and sustain a happy, successful and healthy life.
As a Duke Integrative Health and Well-Being coach, with a background in Chinese Medicine, I combine traditional techniques with modern methods to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle. Through a comprehensive and holistic lens, our sessions a 360° whole-self assessment that provide a deep dive into understanding and achieving your optimal wellness goals.
Our Collaboration is dedicated toward helping you navigate through your lives by making safe and thoughtful decisions. We work on how to get you from where you are to where you want to be. The end goal is to help you be an active participant in creating happy and healthy lifestyle that is sustainable.
